Titration Lesson/Manual (Adobe InDesign)
This instructional design challenge required a task analysis to find the best practice for determining the nickel concentration in an electroless nickel tank at frequent intervals.
We examined existing practices and interviewed subject matter experts to answer technical questions and determine the reasons for each step.
The complete manual not only provides a step-by-step procedure: it can also be used as a classroom / lab manual with an assessment at the end.
Partly as a result of capturing best practices and “bottling” it in effective instruction, tank efficiency was increased significantly.

Manual on making eLearning compatible across operating systems and learning management systems (Microsoft Word)
Sometimes eLearning lessons don’t work as intended. Problems include image files that are too big, incompatible video formats, and incorrect settings.
I was tasked with creating a manual to help instructional designers create leaner lessons that would work across browsers, platforms, and learning management systems.
